The short version: Mino is a paid journal. Your words are yours; we only hold them so the app can work for you. The subscription renews through Apple until you cancel it. Mino is a companion for the night — not a doctor, not advice.
Mino is made by The Healing Labs, in France. These terms are the agreement between you and us.
Need us: support@thehealinglabs.com. Start there. Most things get sorted with a letter.
Opening the app means you're at ease with these terms and with our Privacy Policy. Mino is for people 15 and older.
One question. About a minute, out loud. The takes you keep become tapes. Mino writes them back to you, and once a week it can make a small show from your own nights. Private, always. No feed. No audience.
Mino gives you an account without a name or a password. That is on purpose: less to remember, less to leak.
Keep the app on your phone. There is no email to recover the journal with. If you delete Mino, wipe the device, or erase your account in Settings, the shelf goes with it. We think you should know that up front, not after.
Mino is a subscription, paid through your Apple ID. You will see two ways in: a year, with a week to try it, and a week, with three days to try it. The price is always shown before you pay.
Apple charges your Apple ID when you confirm, or when a trial ends if you have not cancelled. The plan renews on its own unless you cancel at least a day before the period closes. Cancel in your App Store settings — taking the app off the phone does not stop the plan.
Moved to a new phone? Restore Purchases in the app brings an active plan with you. Payments and refunds go through Apple. If you are in the EU, your usual cooling-off rights apply, also through Apple.
Everything you say to Mino is yours. We do not take it. We hold a copy only so the journal can work — to keep the tape, to write it back, to make your private weekly show. When you delete a night or the account, we let that copy go.
We do not publish your tapes. We do not share them with other people. We do not train on them.
Record kindly. If someone else is in the room, ask them first.
The notes and the Sunday show are made automatically from what you said. They can miss a beat. They are for sitting with your own week — not medicine, not therapy, not counsel. If you are having a hard time, talk to someone qualified. Mino will keep the tape. That is its job.
Use Mino as a journal. Don't break it, don't sell it, don't go looking through anyone else's nights. We will close an account that treats the room badly.
Mino will change as we learn. If something you already paid for gets smaller in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app. You can leave before the next renewal.
The cat, the name, the rooms, the software — those are ours. You are welcome to live in them. They stay ours.
You can leave whenever you like. Delete the account in Settings and the journal closes.
We look after Mino with care. Your rights as a consumer under French and EU law always stand. For anything else, what we owe is limited to what you paid us in the year before.
These terms follow French law. If you live in the EU, the protections of your own country still hold.
Unhappy? Write to us first. If we cannot find a way, a consumer mediator is available on request, and so is the European Commission's online dispute page.
If these terms change in a way that matters, we will say so in the app. The date at the top is the current one. Staying with Mino after that means you are still with us.
